Standard support does not include building or debugging integrations, customer applications, ETL pipelines, reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, internal workflows, customer infrastructure, or third-party systems.
Finbase reviews support requests during normal business hours. Enterprise and production-impacting issues may be prioritized based on severity and account context.
